Whole Wheat Pocket Bread Recipe

  1. Stir water, yeast and honey.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients.
  3. Knead 10 min.
  4. Shape into loaf.
  5. Cut into 12 pcs and knead each piece.
  6. Roll out to 1/8 inch thick.
  7. Place on floured surface and cover with towel.
  8. Let stand 2 hrs.
  9. Turn over and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  10. Bake at 450 degrees 5 min.
  11. Cover with towel till cold.
  12. Cut in half and fill.
