Artichoke Casserole Recipe
- 1 x or possibly 2 cans artichokes hearts (rinsed well) squash thru fingers
- 3 x - 4 cloves garlic chopped (more if desired)
- 1 sm onion chopped salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice Italian bread crumbs (sufficient as not to be too wet but still moist like if you form a ball with mix it will not fall apart easily)
- Mix all ingredients together; adjust seasonings; if you need more garlic, add in it now.
- Put in a greased 8 x 10 baking dish bake at 350 till top is browned.
