Tortellini Salad Italiana
- 1 (20 ounce) package cheese tortellini, prepared according to package directions
- 2 cups thinly sliced yellow bell peppers
- 4 ounces halved bocconcini (fresh mozzarella cheese balls)
- 1 cup Italian vinaigrette dressing
- 3 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
- 12 cup drained diced sun-dried tomato
- 12 cup thinly sliced basil
- fresh cracked black pepper
- Combine prepared pasta, bell peppers, cheese, vinaigrette, prosciutto, tomatoes and basil in medium bowl.
- Sprinkle with fresh cracked black pepper.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
