  18. Place stuffed mushrooms on pre-heated grill (8 to 10 minutes), low-low/med heat.
  19. For charcoal, preheat your grill after the red hot peak, gray coals only (8-10 minutes), lid closed.

  21. Grill 8-10 minutes on low-low/med heat, lid down.
  22. Timing depends on how hot your grill is.
