Boysenberry And Walnut Vinaigrette Recipe
- 1/2 tsp Honey mustard (available at specialty foods shops and some supermarkets)
- 2 Tbsp. Boysenberry vinegar (available at specialty shops)
- 3 Tbsp. Walnut oil
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh tarragon Salt to taste
- In a bowl whisk together the mustard, the vinegar, and salt to taste, add in the oils in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette till it is emulsified.
- Stir in the tarragon.
- Makes about 1/2 c..
