Salmon Avocado Salad
- 150 g fresh salmon
- 1 tomato
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepepr
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Chop all vegetables and salmon to about 2 cm cubes.
- Put all chopped food into a bowl.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice, pour in olive oil and mix well.
- Then add the salt, pepper and soy sauce and mix well.
- Finally add the finely chopped dried rosemary.
- Leave in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 min.
- Then its ready to eat!
