Salsa Burgers Recipe

• 12 ounce. lean grnd beef
• 1/2 c. salsa
• 1 egg
• 4 tbsp. minced green chilies
• 1 tbsp. unsweetened wheat germ
• 3/4 c. bread crumbs

1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Shape into 4 equal patties.
3. Tastes best when barbecued.
