Sylvia'S Lasagne
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 lb. turkey Italian sausage (hot; optional)
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. French onion soup
- 1 to 2 pods garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- few drops wine vinegar
- 2 eggs
- pepper to taste
- Sauce:
- Brown all meat; crumble and drain fat.
- Add garlic, French soup and bell pepper.
- Mix well.
- Cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes and sauce, Italian seasoning and wine vinegar. Simmer for 15 minutes.
