Crockpot Chili
- 1 1/2 lb ground Chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 15 oz. cans kidney beans, undrained
- 2 cans Chili Beans, undrained
- 1 32 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 4 oz can chopped Green chilies
- 1/4 cup Chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp ground Red pepper
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp Dill weed
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- Brown meat, drain and add to slow cooker.
- Add canned products and spices, stir.
- Cook on low heat for 5 or 6 hrs.
- Serve with white rice
