Coconut Shrimp

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper in shallow pan.
  2. Add shrimp; toss to coat.
  3. Beat eggs with water in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  4. Dip shrimp in egg mixture, then add to coconut in bowl; toss to coat.
  5. Fry in deep-fat fryer at 350F for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are golden brown.
