Pork Chop And Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

  1. Brown pork chops in oil.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Heat butter in saucepan.
  4. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook 1 minute.
  6. Add in lowfat milk and broth slowly.
  7. Cook stirring constantly till sauce thickens.
  8. Butter a 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish and arrange potatoes.
  9. Pour sauce over potatoes.
  10. Place pork chops on top and cover with foil.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  12. Makes 4 servings.
