Deli Beef 'N Cheddar
- 2 slice pumpernickel bread
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 2 oz. deli roast beef
- 1 slice
- 1 medium apple
- 4 oz. fat-free milk
- Spread bread slices with mayo; sprinkle with dried basil leaves, or top with fresh basil leaves.
- Cover with meat and cheese.
- Add thinly sliced tomato and red onion, if desired.
- Serve with an apple, cut into wedges, and a short glass of milk (4 ounces = 1/2 cup).
