Deli Beef 'N Cheddar

  1. Spread bread slices with mayo; sprinkle with dried basil leaves, or top with fresh basil leaves.
  2. Cover with meat and cheese.
  3. Add thinly sliced tomato and red onion, if desired.
  4. Serve with an apple, cut into wedges, and a short glass of milk (4 ounces = 1/2 cup).
