Potato And Pasta Recipe
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 4 or possibly 5 med. potatoes, cut into sm. cubes
- 1/2 pound spaghetti, broken into sm. pcs
- 1 egg, scrambled
- 3 tbsp. Romano cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Lots of fresh parsley
- Lots of fresh basil
- Put 1 Tbsp.
- oil in pan and saute/fry onions till almost done but not brown.
- Add in tomato sauce, cook for 10 min.
- Parboil potatoes for 5 min, drain and add in to sauce.
- Cook sauce and potatoes till potatoes are cooked.
- Add in parsley and basil put on side.
- Cook spaghetti.
- Put the 1 egg and Romano cheese and pepper together.
- Add in to spaghetti, potatoes and sauce, bring to boil and serve.
