Midwest Sausage Stuffing Recipe

  1. In large skillet, cook and stir sausage, onion, and celery till meat is brown and onion is tender.
  2. Drain off fat, add in sufficient butter to sausage fat to measure 1 c.. Stir butter mix and about 1/3 of the bread cubes into meat mix.
  3. Turn into deep bowl.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients and toss.
  5. Makes 9 c. (sufficient for a 12 lb.
  6. turkey).
