Dill Cracker Snack Mix
- 1 box Oyster Crackers (18 Oz Box)
- 1- 1/2 cup Melba Toast Crackers (broken Into Pieces)
- 1 cup Pecan Pieces Or Halves Or Nuts Of Your Choice
- 1- 1/2 cup Kix Cereal
- 1- 1/2 cup Corn Chex Cereal
- 3/4 cups Pretzel Sticks Broken Into Halves
- 1 cup Oil (I Use Canola)
- 1 package Ranch Dressing Mix, 1 Oz. Packet
- 1 teaspoon Dillweed
- 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Preheat oven to 200 F.
- Split the crackers, pecans, cereal and pretzels evenly between 2 large pans, toss to combine and spread it out.
- I use 9 x 13 pans.
- Mix the last five ingredients (oil through garlic) in a small bowl then pour it over the crackers and cereal and toss to coat.
- Bake in a 200 F oven for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
- Then store in tins or Ziplock bags.
