Cheesy Chicken 'n Broccoli Simmer
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 lb. (115 g) Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
- Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cover skillet with lid.
- Cook 5 to 7 min.
- on each side or until chicken is cooked through (170 degrees F).
- Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm.
- Add milk, Velveeta and broccoli to skillet.
- Cook, uncovered, on medium heat 4 min.
- or until Velveeta is melted and broccoli is heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Return chicken to skillet.
- Cook and stir 1 min.
- or until chicken is coated and heated through.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
