Tropical Fruit Parfait with Passion Fruit Sauce

  1. Cut off small ends of passion fruit.
  2. Scoop out pulp into mesh strainer placed over blender container.
  3. Press pulp with back of large spoon to extract juice into blender container.
  4. Add cream cheese and sugar to blender; blend until smooth.
  5. Spoon 1/4 cup pineapple chunks into each of 12 parfait or dessert glasses.
  6. Cover each with layers of 1 Tbsp.
  7. cream cheese mixture, 1/4 cup mangos, additional 1 Tbsp.
  8. cream cheese mixture and 1/4 cup papayas.
  9. Top each with 2 Tbsp.
  10. each COOL WHIP and pomegranate seeds.
