Chicken L'Orange

  1. Wash and dry chicken pieces; season with salt and pepper. Dredge with flour.
  2. Heat oil in skillet; add chicken and brown lightly on all sides.
  3. Remove chicken to 3-quart casserole.
  4. Drain fat from pan.
  5. To skillet, add remaining ingredients, except orange slices.
  6. Simmer 2 or 3 minutes.
  7. Pour sauce over chicken in casserole.
  8. Cover and bake in preheated oven at 350u0b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
  9. Just before serving, garnish with oranges.
