Chicken Swiss Crisscross
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
- 4 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
- 2 c. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 1/2 c.) J. L. Kraft Select shredded natural Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- Separate 1 can of dough into 2 long rectangles.
- Press over bottom and 1/4 inch up sides of ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 6 to 8 minutes, or until light golden brown.
- In large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, cheese, onion, mustard, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Spoon chicken mixture over partially baked crust.
