Salmon Patties
- 15 ounces salmon, canned
- 12 large onion, diced
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 34 cup puffed rice cereal
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt and pepper
- saute onions, garlic, and celery until softened.
- add to the salmon.
- add egg, cereal, mustard, salt and pepper.
- refrigerate at least an hour.
- form into patties and grill, 7 minutes per side.
