Baking Baby Caramel Corn
- 8 cups popped corn
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- In a 1 1/2 quart saucepan, combine brown sugar, syrup, butter and salt, cook until butter melts, cook another 5 minute Without stirring.
- cook until it turns a caramel color, remove from heat, stir in soda and vanilla.
- pour over popper corn that's been spread on a cookie sheet, stir to coat.
- bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 min., stir, bake another 5 to 10 minute.
- cool , place in a large bowl.
- enjoy.
