John's Salad

  1. Chop the tomatoes, peppers and red onion into bite sized pieces.
  2. Combine the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper and pour over the vegetables.
  3. Chop the basil and add.
  4. Chill for at least 2 hours, but it gets better the longer it marinates.
