Chicken Enchilada

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Season chicken with garlic and onion season.
  3. Melt stick of butter in large skillet; add onion and bell pepper.
  4. Saute.
  5. Add green chillies and evaporated milk.
  6. Stir. Add both soups.
  7. Blend well in skillet.
  8. Place a layer of Doritos in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  9. Add 1/2 of cooked chicken to pan.
  10. Pour 1/2 of soup over chicken and top with grated cheese.
  11. Repeat procedure. Cover with foil and place in oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  12. Serves 10 to 12.
