Beef 'N Cheese Crescent Pie Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Brown grnd beef, onion and green pepper; drain fat.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, beans, cumin seed, garlic salt and salt.
  4. Simmer while preparing crust.
  5. Separate crescent dough into triangles and then press into 9" pie pan and up sides to create crust.
  6. Spread 1 c. cheese into crust.
  7. Spoon warm meat mix into crust.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  9. Shake on paprika, if you like.
  10. Bake for 20 to 25 min.
  11. For easier serving, let stand 5 min before cutting into wedges.
