Mayonnaise Dressing
- 2 large egg yolks
- 3 teaspoons prepared mustard coleman's mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil salad oil, up to 2 cups
- Into a well beaten egg yolks, stir Coleman's mustard, salt and powdered sugar, then lemon juice.
- Gradually add salad oil, beating constantly.
- Add more lemon juice if it becomes too thick to beat, then remainder of the oil.
