Grilled Mango Marinated Ahi Tuna

  1. For the marinade: Put mustard and mango butter into a medium sized bowl then mix until you have a smooth consistency.
  2. Add cut mangos, balsamic and seasonings, then drizzle in the oil.
  3. Put the tuna in a Ziploc bag.
  4. Add half of the marinade into the bag with the fish and mix to combine.
  5. Seal the bag and place in fridge for a few hours or overnight.
  6. Reserve the remaining marinade in the refrigerator to drizzle on top of grilled fish.
  7. For the grilling: Heat a cast iron grill over medium-high heat.
  8. Place fish on the grill cooking 2 minutes on each side for rare or 3 minutes per side for medium rare.
  9. Drizzle some of remaining mango marinade over tuna once plated, before serving.
