Grilled Citrus Chicken

  1. Squeeze juice from 1 lemon; mix with barbecue sauce and rosemary.
  2. Pour half over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
  3. Refrigerate 15 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Meanwhile, heat grill to medium heat.
  6. Cut each of the 4 remaining lemons into 4 slices.
  7. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Place 8 lemon slices on grill grate; top with chicken.
  9. Brush with some of the reserved sauce mixture.
  10. Grill chicken 5 min.
  11. ; turn.
  12. Cook 15 to 20 min.
  13. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F) adding remaining lemon slices to grill the last 4 min.
  14. of cooking turning chicken and lemons occasionally and brushing with the remaining sauce mixture.
  15. Remove chicken and lemons from grill.
  16. Discard lemon slices from under chicken.
  17. Serve chicken with remaining grilled lemon slices.
