• 1 c. Sweetened condensed lowfat milk, cool

1. This recipe makes a less creamy, less rich ice cream.
2. Ben likes the slightly cooked flavor of the sweetened condensed lowfat milk.
3. Whisk the light cream and the sweetened condensed lowfat milk together in a mixing bowl till blended.
