Garlic Hummus

  1. Pour all ingredients into food processor.
  2. Pulse until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Serve with vegetables, or pita.
  4. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
  5. Side note: I like my hummus thick with a little texture, so it didnt take me long to get there.
  6. If you want more of a smooth consistency, add in 1-2 more tablespoons oil and keep processing!
