Clint's Giant Pecan Volcanoes

  1. Place flour in a large bowl; cut in cream cheese and butter.
  2. Mix until dough is shaped into a ball.
  3. Put in refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Shape dough into muffin tins.
  5. Filling: Melt butter and chocolate in a microwave.
  6. Remove and stir in sugar, vanilla, eggs and salt; blend well.
  7. Stir in nuts.
  8. Spoon 1 tablespoon or more of filling into each pastry.
  9. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 25 minutes or until volcanoes erupt.
  10. Cool on wire racks.
  11. Store in airtight containers.
