Corthy's Slow Cooker Beef Stew
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 3/4 cup sliced potatoes
- 1 lb beef tips
- 1 can Pillsbury grands
- 2 cup water
- Dump everything in crock pot, except for the biscuits!
- Cook on high setting for 4-6 hours... (Until potatoes are no longer firm)
- Layer in biscuits and continue to cook on high for 2 more hours, or until biscuits are golden brown.
