Micheladas (Cold Beer with Salt and Fresh Lime Juice)

  1. Chill 6 beer mugs until very cold.
  2. Add some salt to a shallow dish.
  3. Moisten the rims with a lime wedge and coat with salt.
  4. Add ice and 2 tablespoons lime juice to each mug.
  5. Pour in the beer and drink before the ice melts.
  6. *Cook's Note: It's important to use fresh lime juice, it makes all the difference in flavor!
