Triple Chocolate Mousse
- 2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1-1/2 cups fat-free milk, divided
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP DIPS Chocolate, divided
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- Place chocolate in large microwaveable bowl.
- Add 1 cup of the milk.
- Microwave on HIGH 2 min.
- ; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Stir in remaining 1/2 cup milk.
- Gradually add dry pudding mix, beating with wire whisk after each addition until well blended.
- Refrigerate 20 min.
- Beat with wire whisk 1 min.
- Add 1-1/2 cups of the COOL WHIP DIPS; stir until well blended.
- Spoon evenly into 6 dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
- Top evenly with the remaining 1/2 cup COOL WHIP DIPS and the raspberries.
- Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
