A Very Boozy Hot Chocolate
- 1 cup Valrhona Le Noir Extra Amer 85% Cacao Dark Bitter Chocolate
- 1/2 cup Valrhona 66.5% Pure Caraibe Bittersweet
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 1 quart whole milk
- 1 1/4 ounces Highland Park Dark Origins Single Malt Whisky
- 1/2 ounce Lustau
- 1/2 cup White Street's house-made hot chocolate, (directions below)
- 2 tablespoons fresh whipped cream
- Freshly grated cinnamon, for garnish
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Simmer over medium heat and stir until mixture is smooth.
- Serve immediately.
