Annasi Curry Recipe

  1. HEAT oil in a pan and fry half the onions, lemon grass and curry leaves until the onions turn brown.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients, except the fennel pwdr, and simmer until done.
  3. Sprinkle the fennel pwdr and remove from heat.
  4. Serve warm with rice.
