Peanut Butter Cheese Ball Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 3 to 4 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Beat on medium speed of an electric mixer till smooth.
- Add in more lowfat milk if you like, for a creamier texture.
- Shape mix into a ball; roll in peanuts.
- Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
- Serve with apple wedges or possibly whole wheat crackers.
- Yield 3 1/3 c..
