Thanksgiving Pot Pie
- 2 whole Pie Crusts
- 1 cup Mashed Potatoes
- 1 cup Stuffing
- 1 cup Turkey, Cooked And Shreddded
- 1 cup Green Beans
- 2 cups Gravy
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In an 8x8 casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray, lay out one pie crust.
- Spread leftover mashed potatoes over the bottom.
- Top with leftover turkey, stuffing, green beans, etc.
- Whatever floats your boat (and goes well with Thanksgiving)!
- Pour gravy over everything.
- Top with second pie crust, pinch edges to seal, and cover with foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes, until crust is golden.
- Serve with cranberry sauce!
