Thanksgiving Pot Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In an 8x8 casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray, lay out one pie crust.
  3. Spread leftover mashed potatoes over the bottom.
  4. Top with leftover turkey, stuffing, green beans, etc.
  5. Whatever floats your boat (and goes well with Thanksgiving)!
  6. Pour gravy over everything.
  7. Top with second pie crust, pinch edges to seal, and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes, until crust is golden.
  9. Serve with cranberry sauce!
