JELL-O Cookie Cups

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Add ice cream; stir until melted.
  3. Place 1 wafer in each of 8 small cups.
  4. Cover evenly with the gelatin mixture.
  5. Refrigerate 30 to 45 minutes or until firm.
  6. Top with the whipped topping and remaining 8 wafers just before serving.
  7. Store leftover dessert cups in refrigerator.
