Easy Baked Herb Fish
- 30 ounces, weight Your Favorite White Fish Fillets
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 5 ounces, fluid White Wine
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoons Thyme
- 2 whole Bay Leaves
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 6 pieces Lemon Wedges
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2.
- Place fish fillets in a large baking dish.
- 3.
- In a small bowl, mix together oil, wine, salt, pepper, garlic, marjoram and thyme.
- 4.
- Brush mixture over fish.
- 5.
- Top with bay leaves and onion.
- 6.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
- 7.
- Place on serving dish and garnish with lemon wedges.
- Makes Four 300 Calorie Servings.
