White-Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

  1. Proof the yeast in the water with the honey, about 10-15 minutes or until foamy.
  2. Do this in a mixing bowl or your bread machine's bin if it's removable.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and knead by hand or until combined.
  4. You have to do this for my machine; skip this step if your bread machine does all the work for you.
  5. Run through your bread machine's wheat cycle.
  6. The white bread cycle won't knead it hard enough.
