Sausage Stuffing Casserole
- 2 sweet potatoes (peeled, cooked and cubed)
- 6 small white potatoes (cooked and cubed)
- 3 smoked sausage (chopped)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of broccoli soup
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can no-salt-added corn (drained)
- 1 cup of low fat half-and-half
- 1 (6 ounce) box herb stuffing mix
- 12 teaspoon sage
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- Preheat oven 350.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour into greased 13X9 pan.
- Bake 45 minutes.
