Just Mix and Bake Lemon Yogurt Cake

  1. Assemble the ingredients.
  2. Sift together the flour and baking powder.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt and sugar.
  5. Mix in the beaten egg.
  6. Add the lemon juice and mix with a whisk.
  7. Add the sifted ingredients from Step 2 and fold with a rubber spatula.
  8. Pour batter into a pan lined with baking paper.
  9. Bake in an oven preheated to 170F Celsius.
  10. (If you put foil on top midway through, it won't burn.)
  11. When a toothpick or skewer inserted into the center comes out clean, it's done.
