Beer Bird Marinade (Especially For Pheasants) Recipe

  1. Heat butter; saute/fry garlic till translucent/soft.
  2. Add in beer slowly and fold in salt, pepper, and MSG.
  3. Pour warm marinade over bird and marinate at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
  4. Use to baste barbecuing bird(s) as well.
