Blue Ribbon Ham Casserole

  1. Cook and stir green pepper and onion in butter in large skillet on medium heat until tender.
  2. Reduce heat to low.
  3. Add VELVEETA and milk; stir until VELVEETA is melted.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
  5. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
  6. Microwave: Place green pepper, onion and butter in 1-1/2-quart microwavable bowl.
  7. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 minutes.
  8. Add VELVEETA and milk.
  9. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted, stirring after 2 minutes.
  10. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  11. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
