Blue Ribbon Ham Casserole
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 cups cubed cooked potatoes Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 3/4 cup chopped ham
- Cook and stir green pepper and onion in butter in large skillet on medium heat until tender.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Add VELVEETA and milk; stir until VELVEETA is melted.
- Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
- Microwave: Place green pepper, onion and butter in 1-1/2-quart microwavable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 minutes.
- Add VELVEETA and milk.
- Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted, stirring after 2 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
