Mini burgers

  1. I usually prepare the ground beef with garlic,salt, pepper, soy and worcestershire sauce to taste the day before or same day in the morning to make them later so it can get all the flavor when you make them.
  2. Form little balls with the seasoned ground beef and press them a little to form your patties.
  3. Then fry them on a frying pan with a bit of oil.
  4. Put the mayo, honey mustard, lettuce and tomato slice on your buns.
  5. Once patties are ready, cut cheese slices in 4 and top each meat with one little square.
  6. Cover it until it melts.
  7. put your hamburger patties on each bread and enjoy!
  8. My serving suggestions: fried yucca sticks (casava)or french fries.
  9. serving portions will depend on the size of your patties..last time i made like 12-15 approximately.
