Parmesan Cheese Loaf

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Split the loaf lengthwise in half.
  3. Brush each half with one tablespoon of oil.
  4. Sprinkle each half with an equal amount of parsley and garlic.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven.
  7. Bake 10 minutes.
