Parmesan Cheese Loaf
- 1 long (14 inches or longer) crusty loaf of Italian or French bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Split the loaf lengthwise in half.
- Brush each half with one tablespoon of oil.
- Sprinkle each half with an equal amount of parsley and garlic.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven.
- Bake 10 minutes.
