Quick Supper #2
- 3/4 to 1 c. macaroni, prepared and set aside
- olive oil (enough to cover bottom of skillet)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can Healthy Request mushrooms soup
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 can water
- 1/2 block Velveeta cheese (small size)
- 1 can peas
- 2 cans water packed tuna
- Heat olive oil.
- Saute onion, garlic and celery.
- Add seasoning, mushroom soup, milk and water.
- Add cheese (cut up). Add tuna.
- Layer peas in bottom of casserole pan.
- Dot with butter.
- Layer drained macaroni.
- Pour cheese-tuna mixture over macaroni.
- Additional strips of cheese can be put on top.
- Heat in oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
