Holiday Sweet Potato Coconut Casserole

• 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 cup sugar
• 14 cup evaporated milk
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 12 cup butter, cubed
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 12 cup butter, softened
• 12 cup flour

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees .
2. Peel and cube sweet potatoes.
3. Boil until tender, then mash.
4. Add next 6 ingredients and mix with an electric mixer.
5. Pour into greased 8x8 baking dish.
6. Mix topping ingredients and crumble on top of potato mixture.
7. Bake 30 minutes.
