Blue Berry Muffins Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. Flour, Sifted
- 3 tsp Margarine melted
- 3 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 2/3 c. Blueberries Fresh
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 x Egg, well beaten
- 2/3 c. Canned blueberries
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk, or possibly Skim liquid removed
- 1 tsp Sucaryl Solution
- Directions:Mix together sifted flour, baking pwdr, and salt.
- Add in well-beaten egg, lowfat milk, and sucaryl solution.
- * SUCARYL* is an artificial sugar sweetener..
- When partly blended, add in melted margarine.
- Mix in berries.
- Then POUR into a greased MUFFIN pan and bake at 400 degree's for 25 min... it is proportionately mixed with the dry ingredients.
- Then Add in, Lowfat milk, mixing well.
