Orange Bread

  1. Beat eggs in mixing bowl until thick.
  2. Add oil and beat for one minute.
  3. Combine flour, salt, sugar and baking powder; add to egg mixture.
  4. Add one cup orange.
  5. On low speed of mixer add milk slowly.
  6. Put mixer to medium speed and beat 2 minutes.
  7. Divide into 3 greased and floured one pound loaf pans and allow to stand 20 minutes before baking.
  8. Place in a 400* oven until loaves rise to the top of the pan and start to brown slightly, turn the oven to 300* and score tops once lengthwise with the point of a sharp knife.
  9. Bake about 20 minutes more or until tests done.
  10. Allow to stand in pan 10 minutes.
